Do I have a say in the content you teach to my staff?

Yes. For training programs and facilitated workshops, content can be tailored to suit the needs of your staff. For coaching and mentoring, you can highlight specific areas of focus for each individual staff member.

Can I come along to the meetings you have with my client?

No. It defeats the purpose. If you want clients to open up and provide new information, then it has to be a new environment for them. If you attend, then it hinders your client's willingness to be transparent.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. If after the first training/coaching session you don't find the program valuable, then your payment will be refunded in full (Ie there is no risk in purchasing a training/coaching program).
