I'm Adrian Grech, and I help you retain clients without overservicing them

My career background is unique. I have a PhD in Immunology, I've worked for Macquarie Bank, and I've been Head of Client Relationships for a top-tier marketing agency.

I now run a specialist consultancy that focuses exclusively on Client Relationship Management. I'll help you identify the early warning signs of a shaky relationship, and guide you through actionable steps to create long-term clients.

Does this really work?

Yes. Clients view your work through the prism of the relationship. A poor relationship will (perhaps unfairly) negatively skew your client's opinion of your work. Giving them more time and effort doesn't solve this. The key is knowing how to deliver more, without doing more.

My client relationships are already strong. Why would I need this?

This is not for everyone. If you're retaining all of your clients year after year, and they are referring new business to you, then there's little improvement to be had.

How much does it cost?

Prices vary from product to product, and most products are tailored to suit individual needs and budgets, typically ranging from $1,000 to $10,000.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. If you're not satisfied after the first session, then your payment will be refunded in full.
