Yes. Clients view your work through the prism of the relationship. A poor relationship will (perhaps unfairly) negatively skew your client's opinion of your work. Giving them more time and effort doesn't solve this. The key is knowing how to deliver more, without doing more.
This is not for everyone. If you're retaining all of your clients year after year, and they are referring new business to you, then there's little improvement to be had.
Prices vary from product to product, and most products are tailored to suit individual needs and budgets, typically ranging from $1,000 to $10,000.
